  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
